Master Bedroom with 1.5 ensuite bathrooms

My roommate is moving out on Jan 31st, so a great master bedroom with 1.5 ensuite bathrooms frees up! The room will be unfurnished. Rent is gonna be month-to-month with 1 month of deposit and 300$ move-in fee (unfortunate HOA requirement).

The apartment offers a patio and a big social kitchen / living room and in-unit laundry (combined washer / dryer).

About myself:
I'm 30yo, I lived in 5+ cities across the globe and speak Italian, German, English. I moved to SF 2.5 years ago and I've now accumulated more than 10 years of experience living with roommates. I'm pretty active (sports, music, cooking, etc.) and love my life.

Apartment vibes:
We regularly host dinner parties and foster a broad international community. It goes without saying that any participation in that is optional and any gatherings are agreed upon beforehand. We do not maintain a cleaning schedule, but the kitchen is expected to be cleaned after all meals (we make heavy use of our beloved dishwasher). Common furniture / decorations are welcome, they just need to be discussed beforehand, for instance the patio could use an upgrade with some outdoor seating arrangements.
