Optional shelving unit, dresser, and/or TV included. Located centrally just a few blocks from Golden Gate Park and the Panhandle, lots of nearby transit (N Judah, 6, 7, 33, 37, 43 busses), easy access to Cole Valley, Divisadero, Lower Haight, Inner Sunset, NoPa, UCSF, USF, Civic Center, Downtown.

The Roommates:
John – 32yo, enjoys pickup basketball in the panhandle, Warriors & Valkyries fan, active in community outreach and activism, works in the restaurant industry.
Adam – 40yo, gamer, motorcyclist, disc golfer, trains karate, 49er fan, works as an education administrator.
Who we are looking for:
We’d like a roommate who is in a similar place in life as we are, stable, steady income, mature, respectful. An ideal candidate prioritizes keeping the common areas clean, pays rent/utilities on time, lives a relatively quiet lifestyle, and keeps partying to a minimum (though we are fourtwenty friendly). We mostly keep to ourselves and handle our business, but we take active responsibility for keeping the household together and comfortable.
