Quiet place in Glen Park

Hi, I currently have an open room in my 3 bedroom apartment in Glen Park.
It’s a really nice neighborhood to live in.
It will be available November 1st, 2026

The place is really quiet, and has a nice backyard with a deck overlooking the backyard gardens of the neighboring houses. We are really close to BART and a bunch of MUNI stops, plus the highway, so it’s really easy to get around.
We are a few blocks from Glen Canyon Park.

The room is pretty big, and comes unfurnished. It’s bright, with three large windows that get the morning and afternoon sunshine. It’s also got two large closets for storage.

Rent is $1275/month, plus 1/3 of the utilities and house supplies (paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc).

I’m a musician- I play acoustic guitar and am a songwriter. I run a local bakery full time. I’m 44, and have lived here for 16 years. I also enjoy getting tattoos, and lifting weights. I lift at home in my room, and hit the tattoo shop regularly.
The other roommate also plays acoustic guitar. He’s in his early twenties. He moved in a few months ago, and has been a good roommate.

We don’t party, do drugs, or drink. We always give a heads up if we have a guest coming over.
We keep the place really clean, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere.

Smoking is OK outside on the back deck, but not indoors.
