Roommate needed for a furnished 2bd1bt apt

Hi everyone,

I am looking for a working professional to be my roommate in my furnished 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in Forest Knolls/Inner Sunset area.

About this furnished apartment:

- Overall: Super spacious with plenty of room and storage space!
- Living room: There's a super spacious living room. I have a nice comfy couch and a 55" OLED TV. I never use this TV, so you're welcome to use it whenever you want, or replace it entirely if you prefer.
- Kitchen: Plenty of space, include storage area for kitchen stuff. I have an amazing Samsung ventless washer/dryer combo in the kitchen that you're welcome to use anytime as well. Not having to go outside to do laundry is amazing :O I have a Breville Combi Wave microwave you can use. There's a fridge where we can go splitsies on storage space :) The range is electric, and there's an oven as well. I personally don't use the oven. There's a dishwasher as well.
- Bathroom: A shower/bathtub combo. I have a Jolie filtered shower head. I heard it's good for the hair! I also have a cool Toto washlet installed that I got from Costco. There's storage space above the toilet I added. And below the sink as well. I've included a photo of the current bathroom in this post.
- Room: Decent size, amazing storage space. Comes with a Tempur Pedic Queen mattress bed. There are some Nanoleaf smart lights installed that you can use for lighting. There is plenty of closet space.
- Internet/Smart Home: The entire apartment has smart lights, smart thermostat, and a smart lock installed. Only if this matters to you. Internet is through Xfinity. The 1000 Mbps plan. The WiFi I have is pretty good.
- Parking: The apartment comes with a free enclosed parking spot. You're welcome to use it Monday to Friday. On weekends, there's ample street parking nearby.

Me:
-> I'm a professional female.
-> I work for a city department full time. I work onsite 4 days/week. I work 1 day/week remotely (Wednesday).
-> I have two cats, who are super friendly and cute. Freya hides from new people so you likely won't be seeing her soon. But Skylar, the orange tabby is brave and likes to play with everyone :)
-> I prefer to stay in my room after I come home from work. I go to bed around 9pm. And I wake up at 6am.
-> I sometimes like to cook South Asian/Indian food in the morning. This doesn't happen often. I obviously don't mind sharing my cooked food with you when I'm able to :), but you're not obligated to share your food with mine. I make extra food sometimes, so I prefer sharing :)
-> I'm a kind, socialiable and respectful rommie, and I'm aware and respectful of other people's boundaries.
-> I prefer peace and quiet, and would prefer a roommate with a similar mindset: so no parties, frequent alcohol/420 consumption, etc.

You:
-> A working professional who is respectful, friendly, and peaceful.
-> Must be pet-friendly.
-> Must be friendly, nice, cooperative, and respectful.

I've attached photos that were on the original listing. I'm not the best at taking good photos :( You're welcome to visit and see the furnished apartment in person if needed. It's a nice, peaceful, quiet neighborhood, and it's pretty close to Golden Gate Park and MUNI Forest Hill Station. Irving St and its nice shops/restaurants in Inner Sunset are within walking distance. There's a bike rental location nearby. Best of all, the Muni 36 bus stop is literally right in front of the apartment!

I'm looking for someone to move on November 1st.
