4 mo. sublet / private room + bathroom / fully fur

Hello!

I am looking for a clean and responsible subletter to rent my bedroom for a minimum of 4 months (potentially longer). It will be available starting August 15, but the move in date is flexible. The room is spacious, comes fully furnished, includes a closet, and has its own bathroom.

The house itself is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home in the Ashbury Heights / Forest Knolls neighborhood. It sits on top of a hill, is centrally located, with an amazing view from the living room window / patio. Wood floors throughout. Lots of street parking. Only a 8min uber to the Mission and just up the hill from Haight Ashbury / GG Park / Inner Sunset / Cole Valley. The neighborhood itself is very peaceful and quiet, and our street receives very little traffic.

The other two roommates are in their 20s/30s and are clean, easy-going, and responsible. We like having people over from time to time, but generally do not bring the party home, especially on week nights.
