My room will include two bookshelves, a nightstand, a loft bed with desk underneath that can be removed if the new tenant is not in need of it and closet with hangers and drawer units.

2 roommates that work in the service industry who keep late hours but are very respectable! Our kitchen is small, but is fully equipped with cooking and baking tools, in addition to microwave, blender, stove, oven, and large fridge. We even have a deck overlooking Folsom Street! Laundry is right down the hall, on every level and accessible with pre-paid laundry card. We are a 5-minute walk to BART and Muni at Montgomery St. station.
