The furnished room is a spacious 12' X 16' and has bright sunny windows looking out on backyard gardens. Kitchen has all we need with a cute breakfast nook and a porch deck succulent garden. A walk up the hill is John McLaren Park with lakes, hiking/bicycle trails, beautiful views and summer concerts/Shakespeare Festival.

Home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, SE part of SF four blocks from Mission Street with many amenities including restaurants, produce markets, Safeway, drug store, library, dollar store, Goodwill, banks, bars, etc... Also close to Glen Canyon Park. Wonderful hiking trails and rec center.

There are washer and dryer in the garage. Street parking only as we do not get the driveway or garage belongs to tenant downstairs separate unit. There is a living room with no room for more stuff! Fully furnished house. Also there is storage room enough for a few boxes or suitcases and bicycle in garage. Sorry no pets as I already have a sweet kitty named “Opal”.

Close to HWY 280 and 101 access yet 20 minutes to downtown by public transit. Near 24 hour bus lines 44, 14, 14R, 49, 29 and BART (Glen Park) 5 minutes away by bus or 14 minute walk. Easily accessible to CCSF, SFSU, and UCSF. Bus stop 44 O’Shaughnessy 1/2 block from home! Goes to BART.

I will be the the only other roommate living in the 2 bedroom. Female costume designer and sewing instructor working from home most of the time. What has worked wonderfully before are people in town for internships or school 3 to 6 months not working from home all the time. Ideally looking for one long term roommate.

Rent + utilities (PG&E, trash, water and wifi) = $1,500 Security deposit (refundable with no damages) is $1,500. Cleaning fee not included.
