Move-in ready private 13’x13’ room with hardwood floors, a large closet, and your own private full bath. We keep a very peaceful, clean environment and share the equipped kitchen and washer/dryer (3 people total). Glen Park Canyon is our backyard, and we are a 5-minute walk to Diamond Heights Shopping Center. Great commutes: 5 mins to 101/280, 10 mins to Castro/Noe Valley, and 30 mins to FiDi/SFO via BART/Muni. Total cost is $2,000/mo ($1,900 rent + $100 utilities) with a $1,900 deposit.
