Hi Everyone! We have an upcoming vacancy in our home in Glen Park. The room gets good lighting and is spacious. It's enough to fit a queen bed with side tables and some drawers. It has a partial walkin closet. The living room area will be vacant as well, so if you have furniture, it is most welcome. The room is on the nd floor of the house, where the living room and kitchen are located. The bathroom will be shared with another roommate. We generally share access to common areas and keep them cleantidy to the best of our ability. The utilities are split ways, and any other expenses we incur for general usemaintenance of the house. Our house is located on the main drag in Glen Park. There is ample safe street parking, and it is within walking distance of BART and Muni. The Freeway entrance is also close by.
