Furnished Private Bedrooms

The house is conducted in a boarding house system, so there’s 6 rooms in total in the house. There are two floors in the house, each floor has 3 rooms. Each floor also has their own set of bathrooms, so each floor has a full size bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, and then a bathroom with just the sink and toilet. So at most, you’ll be sharing the bathroom with just two other housemates.

The communal area is a full size kitchen, but there are two refrigerators in the kitchen, which is also split by floors. So each floor has their own refrigerator, so at most you’ll be sharing the fridge with two other people. In the kitchen, there are also cabinets which is labeled by numbers. Each room has its own designated number so the kitchen has cabinets corresponding with your room number, which is only for you to use. The cabinets without a number is a communal space for everyone in the house, so I told all tenants that if you leave your stuff out or in communal cabinets, it’s saying you’re allowing for communal use. Of course, everyone is good in chores and cleaning after themselves when usually communal appliances and dishes.

The other communal area is the laundry machines in the garage which isn’t coin operated, so you’re free to use it when you guys like.
