Awesome room in Cow Hollow looking for new roomie

Hey all--
Our beautiful Marina apartment is looking for a new roommate!

About the Room:
The room is on the 7x10 but easily fits a full bed, desk, dresser, and has a nice closet. The rent is $950 a month plus utilities and monthly cleaning. Although the room is great, the apartment itself is an SF gem and a great deal for the area.

About the Apartment:
It's rent controlled (lease paid to master tenant), there's a dishwasher, two bathrooms, free laundry on site, an actual living room (that no one is living in), a deck with barbecue, and a beautiful kitchen with a view of the Golden Gate, and high-end, stainless-steel appliances. The house doesn't have a parking spot, but it's easy to find parking.

We're walking distance to all of the shuttles/bus lines and amazing restaurants, every gym in the city has a location nearby, and although we're steps away from all the Marina bars, we're more of the let's go out, but not "bring the party home" type.

About your Future Roomies:
The current mix is 2 gals and 3 guys. We're all mid twenties/early 30s professionals that keep it calm during the week, but active on the weekends. We all travel a good amount for work and play, but when we're in town we get together for drinks or host a potluck dinners. Most of us work from home, and appreciate a nice, clean house. We have a range of interests including skiing, cooking, traveling, cycling, hiking and the occasional karaoke night!

Now to the important part...About You!
You're riding solo for the room (i. e. no couples or kids), on the cleaner side, social, and looking for a relaxed home environment. You're a non-smoker, can pay your rent on time, and don't have any pets. We have a great dynamic in the house and are looking for someone that fits well!
