HUGE room (larger than most studios) with high ceilings in a beautiful 1932 building located on 19th Avenue between California and Clement.
The room has nice furniture and decor. No closet, but lots of shelves and a desk. Fabulous full afternoon sunlight and a view of the Presidio make for a cheerful environment.
Buses to downtown are a block away.
Funky and well known restaurants, cafes, banking, farmer's market, museums, movie theatre, gyms, the beach and grocery stores are nearby.
The area is clean, lively and safe.
Apartment is on the top floor and the neighbors below are very quiet. Laundry on premises. Bike storage in garage. Easy parking on Lake Street (2 blocks away).
There's a beautiful backyard with chaises, a BBQ and chairs.
I don't cook so the kitchen is mostly yours!
