We’re saying goodbye to our amazing roommate as she heads off on a new adventure, so we’re looking for someone wonderful to take her place in our home.

A private bedroom with bath + private living room area is available in our friendly 3-bedroom, 3-bath apartment in the Inner Richmond. With high ceilings and plenty of space, it’s a great option for someone looking to downsize from a larger apartment or who needs extra room for storage.

The neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and close to parks, grocery stores, restaurants, and convenient transit lines. You’d be living with two professional females who commute and are in the city part-time.

We’re hoping to find a warm and friendly roommate (or couple) who is professional, respectful, low-key, and communicates easily. We enjoy having friends over occasionally, but this isn’t a party home. Overnight guests are welcome with a quick check-in so everyone stays comfortable.

Private Space Includes:

Approx. 600 sq ft of private living space (bedroom + bathroom + exclusive living room area)

Mattress + bed frame available for purchase from the current roommate (optional)

Shared kitchen, separated by a room divider/curtains for privacy

Amenities & Costs:

Rent: $1,550/month + utilities (approx. $100–$150/month)

Street parking

No pets

Coin-operated washer & dryer on premises (shared with another 3-bedroom unit)

Logistics & Lease Details:

Available: March 1 (Available sooner if needed)

One-year lease

Application, approval, and security deposit handled by the landlord (deposit amount TBD; due upon approval)
