Hello! I am looking for one more person to fill a 4 bedroom house.
About the agreement:
- 1-year contract with the flexibility to extend depending on how things work out
- Move-in August 1st, 2020
About the house:
- 3 levels to the house
- Located walking distance to the golden gate park, china beach,, and baker beach
- Walking distance to the bus taking you straight to the financial district (38, 38R, 5, 1)
- Garage has plenty of room for storage
- A great backyard for BBQ's and just hanging out
- In-house washer and dryer, dishwasher, heater!
- 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (we'll figure out logistics later), living room, kitchen, and small office/study room (located off garage)
- Free street parking
About the room available:
-Dimensions arev10'9 x 14
The master bedroom is on the third floor. Very spacious with windows overlooking the backyard (awesome view) and plenty of closet space! ($1400 per month)
About the roomies:
- Vannya: 25, working from home until things get back to normal
- Jessica: 24, getting her doctorate at USF
- Lily: 25, works at Uber HQ
About you:
- Clean, respectful, and considerate but also down to be social and have a good time!
Other:
- Sorry, no couples or pets
