Hey everyone! We’re looking for a roommate to join our 3 bed / 2 bath apartment in the Fillmore District! It’s a quieter neighborhood, so we’re not a party house - perfect for someone who wants a chill and cozy space to come home to 🙂

The Room:
- Unfurnished, master bedroom with private bathroom and walk-in closet (this room is huge)
- $2000/month + shared electric & WiFi bill
- One-year lease (with possibility to extend)
- Move-in July
- Street parking available with a city permit (~$100–200/month)

The Apartment:
- Newly renovated kitchen with all new appliances
- In-unit (new) washer and dryer!!
- Spacious and bright living room (theres a sunroom!)
- We’ve included photos and videos from our recent tour
- There’s also a large atrium area in the middle of the building that neighbors socialize
- No pets allowed 😞 but there are some furry friends in the other units

Hi! Im Leiyla 🙂 I graduated from the University of San Francisco and have been in San Francisco for 2.5 years now.  I work alot, however, when I am not working I love hanging out with friends, going out on the town and exploring new aspects of this city!

Hi! I’m Morgan - I just graduated from the University of Cincinnati and moved to SF full-time after 2.5 years of bouncing in-and-out of the city! I love exploring, being outdoors, laying out at the park, going to street festivals, and finding the cutest coffee spots and restaurants around town. On weekends, you’ll usually find me at the bars/DJ set or on a spontaneous road trip (I have a car - let’s go!) I also love to paint and hope to create some pieces for our apartment. I consider myself really down to earth and chill. I’m not a clean freak and as long as things aren’t smelly/gross then it’s fine by me lol
I’d love to grab coffee/FaceTime sometime to see if it’s a good fit 🙂
