Hello! We are two friendly gay guys looking to fill two unfurnished rooms in our four-bedroom, 1.5 bath flat. The rooms are available April 1st with some flexibility on the move-in date.

We welcome people of all backgrounds who are respectful, responsible and easy to live with. It’s important for us to find someone who wants to be part of a shared household where we prioritize communication, cleanliness and consideration of shared spaces.

The Flat
We occupy the entire second floor of a two-story building with an art gallery below so there are no upstairs neighbors.

• Larger size (12’ x 10’) with a nice layout and plenty of space for a queen-size bed, desk, dresser, large TV and/or other furniture

• Painted deep blue with a small yellow accent wall and white trim

Room 2 ($1,175/month plus evenly split utilities)
• Bright and sunny with a large window facing Castro St and a cool view
• Smaller size (10’ x 9’) but has a nice layout, a large closet and room for a bed, desk, dresser and cabinet/shelving
• Freshly painted light blue with white trim

The Roommates
We are two gay guys who work in law and tech. We’re both friendly and easy to get along with. We enjoy going out to the many shops, restaurants and bars in the neighborhood but we don’t bring the party home. We mostly keep our own schedules and social lives and enjoy a friendly, relaxed household and keep shared spaces clean.

Location
The apartment is located near Castro & 19th — an unbeatable spot if you use public transit. We’re two blocks from the Castro MUNI subway station and close to bus lines 24, 33, 35, and 37.

Plenty of stores, restaurants, bars and boutiques are nearby but the apartment itself stays relatively quiet. Dolores Park is about a 10-minute walk.
