$1140/month - medium sized room in Glen Park!

I recently moved back home to quarantine with my family and am looking to sublease my room through the end of the year in my awesome house in San Francisco! Room is available now - July 31st 2020, but extension is a possibility.

About the place:

Our apartment was renovated by our landlord in 2014, and we have been inhabiting it since. The apartment is 2 floors and features 5 rooms, 2 bathrooms and a HUGE kitchen (honestly, it's the one of the nicest kitchens I've ever had, dishwasher, modern appliances, tons of counter space, etc.). We also have a decent sized backyard with a fire bowl, and a brand new large deck, equipped with a grill, and a veggie garden. Washer / dryer in the garage (as well as ping pong table) and a driveway. The square footage is 2,700. BONUS: Street parking does not need a permit!

Location:

We are near the end of a cul-de-sac on Cuvier Street, a 7 minute walk from Glen Park BART (next stop south of 24th and Mission) and a 5 minute walk from the 14 and 49 bus stops. Also, a 15 minute walk from Safeway.

Glen Park is a great neighborhood with lots of families. We're a short walk to Glen Park Canyon and moments away from adorable downtown Glen Park. There is street parking on our street and adjacent streets (Street sweeping occurs every 2 weeks.) We are close to the highway for quick commuting.

* Quoted rent does not include utilities and internet which are typically an additional $100 per person/month but fluctuates month to month.

* would very much prefer keeping furniture (queen bed and mattress, desk, office chair, sofa chair, and dresser) in room, but if you want to bring your own stuff in, I'll just ask you pay for storage costs.

A little about your roommates:

We are 3 guys and 1 girl all in our mid 20's working mostly in tech in the Bay Area. Many of us know each other through club ultimate frisbee in the Bay Area, and three of our friends live in the unit above. We are all personable, athletic and outdoorsy, enjoy music (playing as well as listening), biking, and cooking.
