A well appointed private cottage (studio-style) equipped with full kitchen and laundry appliances nestled comfortably in San Francisco's most diverse community: Bayview. Often gritty but never boring, this 2015 & 2016 SF Curbed Cup winning neighborhood provides an experience rich in history, culture, and character. It boasts some of the sunniest and best weather in the City. Convenient to freeways with quick access to the T-line and major MUNI lines. Uber and Lyft provide great transportation alternatives as well - by car it is less than 20 minutes to downtown and less than 15 minutes from SFO!

Entrance to the cottage is private and secure. Upon entering the property, you will have access to a well-maintained and manicured terrace that is shared with the host. An outdoor gas fireplace and patio seating allow for quiet entertainment and reflection at the end of a long day.

The cottage itself is comfortably equipped with private laundry appliances (Bosch washer and dryer), Bosch dishwasher, full size GE oven and range, Breville toaster oven, full size refrigerator with freezer, and Keurig coffee maker. Ample dinnerware, glassware, and silverware are also provided. Grohe kitchen and bath fixtures, spa-like bathroom with marbled shower tiling, skylight, heated flooring and freshly laundered towels, as well as a custom-built queen size Murphy Bed installation with a comfortable Casper mattress and clean bedding complete the appointment. A comfy loveseat and small bistro set adds to the seating accommodations.

The unit also boasts a gas fire place, as well as an HDTV with full access to AppleTV with Amazon Prime Video, STARZ, HBO, Netflix, and Hulu. Other non-premium channels are available as well via Xfinity streaming service.

All utilities are included. There is no private parking, but street parking is free (no permit needed) and often easy to find.

This is considered a "garden apartment" and the unit is on property occupied by the landlord/home owner. However, the unit is separate from the main house and has its own private entrance.
