Looking for Quiet, Tidy Roommate

Two Childhood Friends in search for a roommate!

We live in a cute little house in Balboa Park, a five minute walk to a BART station and a 7 minute walk to Whole Foods. Our neighborhood is quiet and friendly, but still only about a ten minute drive into the city. There is a dog in the house, she is a 3 year old Whippet and usually just stays downstairs with me, Heather, and minds her business. I am a full time Esthetician and Devin, the other roommate, is a full time tenet lawyer. We are both pretty busy, and are gone most of the day. When I (Heather) am not working, I am typically home or out running errands or going on hikes with my dog.

The room available is upstairs, it's a fairly decent sized room which is currently furnished, but can be unfurnished if need be. There is also a shared living room and kitchen upstairs, as well as a restroom you would share with Devin. There is also in unit washer and dryer for use downstairs in my living room/bed room studio I created.

Rent for the room and shared bathroom is 1,150 with utilities and internet included in that price. We are looking for someone who is quiet, but friendly and cleans up after themselves and can be respectful of our cute little home.
