* Rent is a flat $1500/mo. The $1500 covers all utilities.
* First month’s rent and $1500 security deposit is due up front.
* Rental agreement is month-to-month, but looking for a 2+ month commitment.

*Your room is about 145ft², (15' 1'' x 9' 11''). Room is in the back of the house and has a window, so it gets the most natural light. It’s the quietest part of the house.
*The walk-in Closet is 19ft²and has some shelving. which allows you to use more space.
* Bathroom is 22ft². You have your own private bathroom(which is adjacent to your room).
*Additional storage over the closet.

Location:
At the corner of McAllister and Baker.
* Directly on the 5 bus line, but close to the 6, 7, 21, 31, 33, and 43 MUNI lines.
* Divisadero <3min, Civic Center, Downtown < 10 min, FiDi 20-30 min by bus. GG Park, Haight-Ashbury, are 5-10 min away on foot.
* Within 3 blocks is a Bi-Rite, Lucky Supermarket, Starbucks, Liquor Store, Dry Cleaner and a few restaurants and bars. Target, Trader Joes, and Office Depot all ~1/2 mile away.

Shared Space:
• The common space is a medium sized room - the kitchen is on one side (you may use our kitchen appliances), a small dining table and a couch. Roku TV for streaming, we have a couple of viewing accounts (HBO, Netflix, Hulu, Crunchyroll)
• Heating and AC located throughout the house.
• private bathroom with tub.
• Small yard
• Washer and Dryer by front of house and is easily accessible. Hangers allow for you to air dry garments.
Some limitations: • Kitchen counter top space is limited.
We do not allow smoking in the house.
Unfortunately do not have a parking space for you.
• We have two cats and two dogs. The Tabby is Dapper Dan and the other is our girl Nivea. They are friendly and sweet. Our dogs are Chakotay (Cho) he’s super friendly, but protective of the house, and Katara who’s about six months old.
*Cat’s litter box is outside

Looking for:
* Someone who is clean, considerate, stable, gets along with people and animals well.

About us:
We are two young professionals, one works freelance and the other is working part time for a small independent ISP and going to school full time. We are active people who enjoy going out, and having a good time but are considerate of our neighbors. We aren't prone to bringing the party home and are quiet. We do not have many vices aside from eating chocolate and drinking kombucha. You'll often encounter us in the kitchen making food and bantering, feel free to join us. We do our fair share of binge watching, let us know if you have any good suggestions.
