The available room is a unfurnished junior master bedroom with a private bathroom, available starting 7/1 for $1,750/month. Utilities, and laundry are included. The room can also be rented furnished if preferred.

The home sits on an oversized gated lot, one of the largest in the neighborhood, and is approximately 1,950 square feet with extensive upgrades throughout. Features include a gourmet kitchen with smart appliances, a whole-home water softener, artificial turf, mature citrus trees with oranges, mandarins, and grapefruits, plenty of parking, and comfortable indoor and outdoor living spaces.

The location is hard to beat. We’re just off Palm Avenue between I-5 and I-805, about three minutes from either freeway and roughly twenty minutes from Downtown San Diego. Shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, Walmart, Vons, AMC Theatres, and many other conveniences are all within a couple of miles.

The current household consists of two professional adult males and one professional adult female who value a relaxed, respectful, drama-free home. We’re friendly, but everyone respects each other’s privacy and personal space. A fellow retired Navy veteran would likely feel right at home here, as three of us have served in the Navy, but anyone who is clean, respectful, financially responsible, and considerate of shared living spaces is welcome to reach out. We are 420 friendly.
