Our place is located on a cul-de-sac up the hill from an Elementary School in a very safe, quiet family neighborhood in lakeside. Less than 3 minutes to get on the 8 freeway, access to the 67 freeway in about 6 minutes driving. I grew up in Del Mar/ Solana Beach and had never even been to east county San Diego up until purchasing this house. I bought home out here for the space, the pool, etc. and I do love the tranquility and calm of the mountains in the distance. I drive to Mesa College area M-F driving daughter, (using interstate 8 west or 67/52 west) and depending upon time of day, it can take 20-40 minutes.

We are female professionals and one full time student. We all value and respect the home being a tranquil sanctuary from the daily chaos of our busy lives. We all need our solitude and PEACE ????? to ?recharge?.

The spacious layout of the house with ample outdoor sitting areas space to relax-is truly ideal for this. My home is definitely a sanctuary from the day to day chaos out in the world, and we love it.

My experience of the neighbors are that they are respectful, polite and quiet. Homeowners that look out for each other, take care of and take pride in their home, their pets, they decorate for holidays and welcome trick or treaters.

MUST BE comfortable with/respectful of: Boundaries, Introverts, Must be a non smoker. We are all respectful of each other?s space and time, we communicate and pickup after ourselves in common areas.

It's a 5 bedroom large home with 3 baths and private swimming pool. The home has room for three (probably 4) parking spaces in the driveway, but there is also ample street parking. We have an ????????ADT?? Pulse Security System, and door to your room comes with key ???? to ????lock.

PETS**: Our roommates each have one small dog and they both use a designated dog run as well as to shared spaces in home with two cats.
We have 2 large dogs that are kept in specific fenced back yard area with access to my master suite. My DOGS (2 large, mainly outdoor) are kept in areas that are completely blocked off from any shared parts of home.

YOUR PET(S): realistically we could have 1 more ????dog???? or cat that is small but it would need to be friendly with other small ????DOGS????, cats and ????POTTY???? trained, etc.

Included: Room, Shared bathroom (with one roommate who works 2 jobs) living spaces- kitchen/Front tv room-cable/dining room. Parking, Laundry -Use of Washer and dryer, Use of Solar heated Swimming pool (which we LOVE in Summer and gets weekly professional maintenance), BBQ, Firepit and surrounding pool area).
