Bedroom available 7/21, no rent due until 8/1

Roommate and I were planning on moving out in a few months, but she got a job offer in Tennessee so will be leaving earlier than expected. Need a roommate in the meantime while I prepare for a move of my own.

Security deposit is $850, but you will receive the entirety of the deposit back (assuming you don't trash the place. Please). The deposit is purely for my peace of mind. My roommate and I have lived here for two years, and I would never expect that the maintenance costs of that should come out of your half of the deposit.

Water is paid, but you would need to cover half of the electric and internet bills. We have a washer/dryer inside our apartment. We also have an assigned parking spot right in front which is all yours, I usually park down the street and walk back.

I have a dog, but she is extremely friendly and very quiet, only the occasional woof when something spooks her.

In terms of roommate, I'm pretty easygoing. I just ask for common roommate courtesy. Put dishes in the dishwasher, take out the trash if you fill it up, don't keep me up late if I have to work the next day. I'm fairly quiet and keep to myself, but I do cook breakfast on my days off while playing showtunes or pop music. I'll keep it down if that's not your thing, but breakfast and Broadway if it is!

Photos attached are from when we first moved in two years ago (apologies for the snapchat caption). The living room and kitchen are now furnished, and bedroom is empty and ready to be moved into.

My roommate will have the last of her stuff out on July 20th, so you'd be welcome to move your stuff in any time after that. July is already paid for so you wouldn't have to pay any rent until August 1.
