I am the master tenant of this beautiful home and sadly one of our housemates is moved out but that just means opportunity for you! Available Feb 1st move in.

The other housemate will be Heather, a carpenter and side hustle extraordinaire who gardens and loves home to be a sanctuary.

The outgoing housemate is the one who made the most use of the common spaces (kitchen, living room, backyard) so whoever joins in will have that opportunity/privilege to make it their own. This is not just a room in someone else's house it would be your HOME!

The room is 12x9 (shared bathroom) for $1250. There is a large office at the entrance of the house that can be yours for additional $350 (entirely optional would be $1600 total for both spaces or $1250 for just the bedroom).

$1K deposit and month to month agreement. Income verification required.
