My tenant is moving out. He was with me for close to 20 months. He’s moving on to graduate school and his room is available. The room will be totally empty upon move-in date but I uploaded pictures with stuff in it to show the size of the room. Full-sized bed can easily fit and I wouldn’t recommend going bigger than that. DDF home here. Drinking is okay and no overnight guests. I’m a Christian and this is my home. I will be getting married in November and eventually the room you occupy will belong to my future children. Please be mindful and respectful of that.
