Large bedroom in waterfront house near URI

Hi! We're looking for a roommate for the house we rent in the Slocum area of Exeter. The house is a 10-minute ride from URI, is right on a pond, and is mostly furnished. The bedroom is large - about 320 square feet - and has a walk-in closet and 7 windows! You will also have shared access to the living room, bathroom, kitchen, patio, and basement. There is a good-sized yard with fire pit, outdoor and basement storage, off-street parking, and washer/dryer in the basement.
We are a couple in our lower-20s who have been living here for two years now. We love being in the country, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but also being close enough to beaches, restaurants, and other things that it doesn't feel too out of the way. We don't smoke, drink socially/rarely, and travel as often as we can. We would like to find a roommate with a similar lifestyle so we don't annoy each other. We work nights, so please have some patience with our replies!
A few things to note:
- We're in the middle of Spring Cleaning and adding some new decor, so please don't mind the clutter in the photos! I'll be updating them as things change to give you an accurate representation of the home. All of the house besides the room you'll be staying in will be furnished and clean.
- As the house is rented, we must insist that there be no smoking or pets on the property. Our neighbor does have a dog who loves to say hello and play fetch, though!
- We're fine with company, though we do ask that if you are going to have a large number of people over that you save it for the weekends. We occasionally have friends over and will always let you know beforehand.
We are asking $500 a month with utilities included. This will include Verizon gigabit internet, electricity, and heat/hot water. You will also have access to our Plex server for movies/tv shows and live local TV.
Please send an email with your name, contact info, and a little bit about yourself (hobbies, reason for renting in the area, etc). We would also like at least one reference from a past landlord or roommate, even if that is just a parent. This is our first place outside of our parents' homes, so we totally get it.
