Room Available in Providence's West End

Hello, we are a professional ballet dancer/dance instructor and an artist/teacher looking for a third housemate in our apartment on Broadway. It's a beautiful historic Victorian house with hardwood floors, French doors, and lots of natural light. There's a back patio and pollinator garden and a covered front stoop. We also have access to the garage roof for rooftop gardening. There are 2 cats and lots of plants here. We like to keep the place very clean and pretty low-key. Rent is $825 a month for the room (antique wardrobe included) + internet/utilities/household essentials.

Other stuff:
-Free washer and dryer in the basement
-On-street parking, landlord contributes toward the residential parking permit
-RIPTA bus stop across the street (routes 27 + 28)

This is an individual month-to-month lease directly with the landlord, who is wonderful and responsive. Prospective housemates go through her standard reference, credit, and background checks. We're ideally looking for someone who wants to stay longer-term, but a great match who is only staying for a shorter time is good too.

We're on Broadway, walking distance from Seven Stars Bakery, Nicks on Broadway, Sawyer's, Courtland Club, West Side Yoga, and all the other neighborhood spots. It's a 10 minute walk to downtown and a 15 minute walk to college hill.
