Hey, I recently split with my SO, and she's since moved out, so I'm looking for somebody to potentially come in and rent the second bedroom of this townhouse close to Brown University in PVD.

The room is large and has a balcony overlooking the complex's courtyard. Honestly, the house itself is pretty sweet: it has a dishwasher, free parking, one and a half bathrooms, a fenced-in back porch, in-unit washer and dryer, and central AC.

As for me, I'm relatively new to the area (moved here from Pennsylvania about two years ago), but I'm a pretty chill roommate. Apart from my job in the city, I like to exercise, hang with my two cats, play games, and work on my novel manuscript (almost done with it!)

Just looking for a roommate who's chill, laid back, cat-friendly, and who wouldn't mind getting tipsy a couple of nights a week and watching crazy movies and shows on the living room TV. Let me know if you're interested!
