The living room has a very large sectional couch with large wall mounted television with Roku adapter, and there is a dining table, full-sized refrigerator, Keurig and drip coffee station, and includes plates, bowls, cups, and silverware. There is no stove but there is a microwave, confection oven, and large air fryer, but who uses a stove anymore? Large double sink cabinet with storage, and private bathroom with large tub/shower. The apartment feels like an Airbnb and has everything you need, so just bring your bedding and clothes and you're all set..!!

The main level of the home is occupied by two adult women and their small older Morkie dog named Pudge, who is very friendly and loves other pets. Pets are considered on a case by case bases. If your pet is accepted, a pet deposit will be required with the security.

Gas heat and electric shared with first floor tenant and average $300 monthly for the apartment and is paid monthly. Wi-Fi Included. Non-smokers only. References, employment and credit history checked. $1,500 security deposit required at the time of acceptance. Tenant will be added to current lease.
