ISO Roommate (June-Sep or June-June)

Hi, I’m looking for a roommate for either the summer (June–September) or a full-year lease (June-June).

The apartment is a furnished 2-Bed in Fox Point, in short walking distance from lots of coffee shops, Brown’s campus, and downtown Providence. It’s a third floor apt with an updated kitchen and a really nice outdoor space with a firepit. Rent is $850/month plus split utilities.

About me: I’m in my early 30’s and I work from home a few days a week. Other days, I work in person or am otherwise out of the house so you’ll have the space to yourself occasionally. Now and then, I like to host friends for a casual hang or dinner. I’m tidy and respectful and seeking the same in a roommate.

I’m seeking a roommate who can help keep the common spaces tidy, and share in a friendly and considerate atmosphere.
