Hi! I'm a current Brown student looking for a tenantto take over my room in a bright and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment. The room will be available for move-in starting September 1st.
The room is pretty big and filled with tons of natural light. It features a massive closet and your own private in-unit bathroom, you'll have your own bathroom. The room comes furnished with a queen-size bed, mattress, nightstand, lamp, desk, and a very comfortable chair.
The apartment includes access to common areas such as a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. There's also a laundry room located in the basement for your convenience.
Located in the heart of Wayland Square, this spot offers easy walking access to Brown University, CVS, Whole Foods/Eastside, and a great selection of restaurants
Rent is $1700/month (split between two roommates).
Utilities including wifi, electricity, and heating run about $100 monthly and are paid separately.
