I'm an 32yo gal working in healthcare & design, looking for a roommate for a 1yr lease with potential to extend.

Looking for preferably a female roommate but am open to male roommates with good references.

3 bed 1 bath, 2nd floor.
I'm in the master bedroom, you get two rooms (bedroom and closet/storage room).
There will not be a third roommate.

No pets.
No smoking.
No sublets.

In a convenient area, close to shops, food, bike paths, a park.
Walking distance to a Trader Joes & Whole Foods.
Easy access to interstate.
Many bus stops along our street.
15-25min walk to RISD/Brown.

$848 is your half, not including utilities.
We pay for gas(heat) and electricity. Utilities are $75 - $212 for each person.
First month’s rent + security deposit (also $848) would be due upon signing.
Wifi $10/each.
Update June 2026, the landlord now requires tenants to have renters insurance.
