This is a nice clean safe house to share in Middletown just 3.5 miles from Downtown Newport. Private parking, rent includes all utilities and you have us of the entire 5 rooms. This is a shared immaculately maintained home and bathroom. I have a small Beagle dog who is a senior very quiet seldom barks sleeps most of the day. She will not be around your feet or a pain. Nice yard and a small private deck as you walk into my house. My house is on one side of a busy street but I have soundproof windows you can barely hear any noise Good heat and you will have your own private frig in your room. Cooking is allowed to a minimum you must be tidy and pick up after yourself. You will have your own 43 inch tv in your room with WIFI. I keep to myself and I prefer a straight dude.
