Considering a new tenant

Hello all. I live in a clean and lovely house close to Pawtuxet Village and the Bay. For financial reasons I embarked on house sharing 17 years aga and it has worked out very well. The gentleman tenant living at the home is facing health concerns that may deem it necessary for him to move on to assisted living housing. That has not yet been determined.
I have a female relative living on site as well. The arrangement has worked out well in both cases. There are two bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, kitchen, dining, living room, parlor, deck, computer room, nicely manicured yard. There is a large driveway for parking. There are a couple of room configuration options but for the most part it is a shared space.

I am extremely reserved and conservative but fun. I have two dachshunds who are quite lively so if you have allergic issues or dislike in your face pups, this is not the spot for you.

At this point, I am considering potential candidates but will not be able to make a decision immediately, if at all. Just interested in seeing who may potentially be interested or ready next year.

The neighborhood is quiet age ranges 50's to 70's. Although there is an elementary school close by, there are few if any children in my immediate neighborhood. There is a catholic church within the neighborhood, close to airport, Pawtuxet Village, Connimicut, Oakland Beach, Warwick Neck, etc. Plenty of stores, markets, etc.
