Looking for a th housemate for the lowerlevel corner east bedroom (the other housemates are male). The bedroom has new trail oak vinyl flooring. It is very spacious and furnished. The two people on the lower level share the bathroom and the living room. The kitchen is shared by the house.

The house is a split level raised ranch with central HVAC. It is fully furnished and located in a nice, quiet neighborhood between Warwick City Hall and the city park. The upper level has bedrooms, a full bathroom, a kitchendining room and a living room. The lower level has bedrooms, a big living room and one full bathroom. The house has a deck with water views and a fireplace. There is a laundry room attached to the bathroom on the lower level. There is a driveway and ample street parking.
