Looking for a housemate for the upper-level west bedroom in the pictures. It has water views and is furnished. The three people on the upper level share the bathroom and the living room. The kitchen is shared by the house.

The house is a split level raised ranch with central HVAC. It is fully furnished and located in a nice, quiet neighborhood between Warwick City Hall and the city park. The upper level has 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom, a kitchen/dining room and a living room. The lower level has 2 bedrooms, a big living room and one full bathroom. The house has a deck with water views and a fireplace. There is a laundry room attached to the bathroom on the lower level. There is a driveway and ample street parking.

Rent includes all utilities (gas, electricity, sewage, trash removal and internet). It is priced reasonably but is negotiable depending on the situation. The lease period is negotiable as well.
