Looking for a roommate in my 2BR/2BA apartment. ~15 minute walk to Jackson Heights-Roosevelt Ave subway station, or Woodside LIRR station. Also right off the BQE. Quick bus ride to Queens Center mall or Sunnyside.

The room is unfurnished, has closets, and space for a queen bed. I have an en suite bathroom, so the hall bathroom is yours. Living room and kitchen are shared and furnished. There's a dishwasher in the kitchen and laundry in the building. Internet, electricity and gas bills are shared.

I work from home 4 days a week, 1 day in office. I generally prefer a quiet home, at least during work hours. I have an older dog, so no other pets please. I am a gay man -- must be LGBT+ friendly.
