I’m subletting my fully furnished private bedroom from September 1 (flexible from mid-August) until the end of December.

* Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, and plenty of cabinet space
* Large window with lots of natural light
* You’ll have your own designated kitchen rack, plus an additional entryway closet and overhead cabinet for extra storage
* Utilities (including A/C and heat) are included
* Laundry is just around the corner (less than a 5-minute walk)

📍 Location
* Woodside, Queens
* Walkable to the 7 train and LIRR
* About a 15-minute walk to the E, F, M, and R trains
* Approximately 30–40 minutes to Times Square
* Great neighborhood with grocery stores, restaurants, cafés, and everything you need nearby
* Incredible food from so many different cultures —delicious and much more affordable than Manhattan
* Residential, family-friendly area where I’ve always felt very safe

* No WiFi currently (I’ve always just used my unlimited phone data since I’m usually out and about)
The apartment is near a highway, so there can occasionally be some traffic noise, but it’s typical NYC background noise and hasn’t been an issue for me.
