SEEKING: 1 roommate to take over for me on our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. 1 block off the 46 St-Bliss stop on the 7 train, in Sunnyside, Queens (15 minutes ride to Grand Central). Rent is $1,137.50 per room. Move-in date is March 1.

The apartment is on ground level, split between the first floor and the basement floor, with a backyard. In-unit washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Electric heaters and AC in every room. Lots of storage space downstairs and every room comes with a closet. Electric doorman with camera lets you buzz people in. Rooms will be unfurnished.

The building is within a 5-minute walk of many supermarkets, grocers, restaurants, food trucks and cafes. One of the most diverse neighborhoods in the city and lively family friendly community, down to earth atmosphere. Not a noisy neighborhood except for the occasional party during the summer months. We rarely hear our neighbors inside the apartment. Our apartment is very musician friendly!

RENT AND REQUIREMENTS: Rent is $1137.50 for individual rooms. Security deposit is the same as rent and is mandatory.
