Woodside master room for rent

I am looking for a long-term roommate to share a two-bedroom apartment. The available space is the Master Room.
The Room & Amenities
* Spacious & Bright: It is a large, south-facing room with plenty of natural sunlight and warmth.
* Climate Control: Equipped with a mini-split AC to keep you cool during the summer.
* Storage: The room features two closets, so you won't have to worry about storage space.
* Furniture: Currently includes an IKEA desk and chair. I can leave them for you or remove them upon request.
* Laundry: Washer and dryer are located in the basement.
* Bathroom: You will only be sharing the bathroom with me.
* Kitchen: Full kitchen access. Basic cookware is provided, and the landlord recently installed a brand-new refrigerator.
Utilities & Rent
* Utilities: Shared 50/50. According to the previous tenant, utilities usually average $50–$70 per person.
* Internet: I will cover the internet costs myself.
Location & Convenience
The apartment is in a very convenient location:
* Transportation: 5-minute walk to the Subway and LIRR (about two blocks away).
* Essentials: H-Mart, gyms, pharmacies, grocery stores, and medical offices are all within a 10-minute walk.
House Rules & Requirements
* No Pets / No Smoking.
* Landlord: Does not live on-site.
* Requirements: Credit score check and pay stubs are required.
* Roommate Preference: I am a 27-year-old male, currently working and studying. I don't mind any gender, but I would prefer someone close to my age.
Viewing & Contact
I am moving in on the 14th, so the room is available for move-in after that date. Showings are available anytime on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, or Saturdays.
