One bedroom available in a spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment in Woodside. The room will be unfurnished, has great natural light. The apartment features a full, open kitchen for you to use. The living room is currently empty as I'm clearing out old furniture, so it's a great opportunity to create a shared space together!

I'm looking for a roommate who is responsible and clean and can keep an organized home. I value having a clean living space.

The apartment is located about a 15-minute walk from the 61st St - Woodside 7 train station (with LIRR access). The 69th St 7 train station is also close by, and KeyFood is only a 10-minute walk away.

Rent is $900 with ALL utilities included (heat, hot water, gas, electric, Wi-Fi). This is a month-to-month agreement with a minimum commitment of 3 months. First month ($900) and deposit ($900) required to move in.

I'm a friendly, creative person and I usually work during the week, but enjoy being at home and having quiet time.
