Woodside Area

We are looking for another FEMALE roommate who is responsible enough to clean their own mess and pay on time.

We work full-time 5 days a week and most of the time going out on the weekends.

Household rules are no smoking inside the apartment or bedroom, no cooking strong scent of food (ventilation is not so good and the smell stays for a month or longer), unfortunately we don’t do overnight guess/sleepover.

We love animals but the building owner does not allow pets.

The room is furnished with full-size bed, table and drawer, it has built in closet and two big windows/street side views.
Utilities are included but would add additional $30-50 during summer when using air condition.

The location is approximately 8mins walk from 61st Woodside train station. Laundromat is just around the corner, supermarket and restaurant.
