One Bedroom in Spacious Astoria/Woodside Apartment

I'm looking for a new roommate in a sprawling three-bedroom apartment (I would be your only roommate since I use two of the rooms) right on the eastern edge of Astoria off of 30th Ave; though the heart of Astoria is a just few blocks’ walk, it's got the benefit of being pretty quiet. The furnished apartment (on the second floor of a three-story walk-up) includes a long covered balcony, grill, and dishwasher. The grocery store (open 24 hours) and laundromat are right around the corner. Public transit is also very convenient; the M/R stop is about an 8-minute walk, the N/W is about a 20-minute walk, and the Q18 bus stop is directly across the street.

Re the apartment pictures – don’t mind the watermarks on the pictures of the room you would be renting and the bathroom. Both are occupied/being used by the tenant who will be moving out, so I used the original apartment listing photos (featuring the rooms in their empty state) from the broker when I moved in a few years ago.
