Newly furnished pre-war 1 bedroom apartment available for leasing starting Feb. 1st, 2022. Natural hardwood floors throughout, new porcelain flooring in kitchen with updated stove. Subway tiles added for new backsplash, and small kitchen island for added counter & storage space. Unit will be furnished with a queens sized bed, couch (optional) & TV. There are 3 total closets, very large one in the bedroom, average sized closet right outside of the bedroom and small coat closet near apartment entrance. The rent will include all utilities and the following: high speed internet and wi-fi, Netflix, Hulu, Peacock & Fubo TV for entertainment. Building mailbox is available, but I would prefer you use a PO Box as I may still have mail delivered there on occasion. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, there is an elevator. Parking can be difficult in the area if you own a vehicle. The 7 train is a 2 minute walk from door to station, it is approx. 15 minutes to Grand Central from the 46th Street Station in Sunnyside. 10 minutes either way to LIC or Astoria for additional food and nightly entertainment (via car/uber). Small pets under 25lbs are allowed but will come with a $500 cleaning deposit which is refundable. The rent is currently $1,800/mo. Rent can be paid via Venmo/PayPal/Zelle. 2 months security is required upon approval. A credit history check will be requested for applicants along with 2 professional references (verified via email), employment verification letter and 4 most recent paystubs. The apartment is available to view after 6PM on weekdays and between 9AM - 6PM on weekends.
