This is a stunning, well-established and upper class luxury apartment. All the furniture are hand picked by our interior designer. This is also a secure building with monitored security cameras and buzzers, and a 24-hour doorman.

You can also perform a self-check through the doorman if you arrive late or early.

NYS COVID-19 TRAVEL ADVISORY
Governor Andrew M. Cuomo has announced new guidelines allowing travelers to New York to “test out” of the mandatory 14-day quarantine. Travelers from states that are contiguous with New York are exempt from the travel advisory; however covered travelers must continue to fill out the Traveler Health Form. Essential workers will continue to be exempt as well. The guidance also applies to international travelers coming from any CDC Level 2 or Level 3 Health Notice country. The new protocol is effective Wednesday, November 4.

For any traveler to New York State from a noncontiguous state, US territory or CDC level 2 or level 3 country, the new guidelines for travelers to test-out of the mandatory 14-day quarantine are below:
・For travelers who were out-of-state for more than 24 hours:
・Travelers must obtain a test within three days of departure, prior to arrival in New York.
・The traveler must, upon arrival in New York, quarantine for three days.
・On day 4 of their quarantine, the traveler must obtain another COVID test. If both tests comes back negative, the traveler may exit quarantine early upon receipt of the second negative diagnostic test.

*My apartments are shared apartments and can't be used for self-quarantine. Please book a hotel for the first few days following the arrival date and reserve my listing after the self-quarantine period.
You can enjoy the luxurious and spacious living room, the beautiful bathrooms and the lovely well-designed kitchen. You can cook to your heart's delight on the stove or maybe even enjoy BBQ on the huge patio. Coffee maker, crock pot, rice cooker and more have been installed.

One bathroom is attached to the living room, and one is attached to the master bedroom.

This recently built and fully furnished serviced apartment complex is equipped with a Queen-sized bed in the master and a full sized bed in the other room, a smart TV with Netflix and an antenna, memory foam mattresses, beautiful furniture and friendly neighbors, doorman superintendent!
This apartment is a shared space, I do not live here (just within the area) and would take pleasure in helping your stay be as awesome as possible! I enjoy hosting people from all over the world and have been doing this for years.

Woodside is bordered on the north by Astoria, on the east by Jackson Heights and Elmhurst, on the south by Maspeth, and on the west by Sunnyside and Astoria. Having a below average violent crime rate and a low property crime rate, the area quickly becomes an attractive neighborhood for many young professionals.

There are many restaurants in this area. If you like Mexican food, no need to go to Manhattan, Cemitas El Tigre is the place to be. This Mexican restaurant is known for its namesake dish, cemitas. The ten layers of tastiness are all very fresh and well-seasoned, especially the pickled onions and Oaxaca cheese. Another specialty is a sesame roll which possess the right texture.

After a fulfilling dinner, how about going to a famous bar in the area. Solid State is a great choice. The service and bartender are great as well as the selection of beers and cocktails. The interior seems to follow an 80’s vibe with the pinball machines, and board games. What’s better than sipping and getting on a time machine to the 80s?

Along with the gastronomy convenience is the transportation convenience.
The neighborhood is serviced by the number 7 train, which has tracks running above Roosevelt Avenue. All the easy access for your comfort!
6~8 mins from the express 61st street station on the 7 line, and the Woodside LIRR station.
3 Minutes from the Q 18 bus.
6 minutes from Q60 bus.

This is minutes from Manhattan and La Guardia Airport. Of course, you can easily get to and from JFK as well!

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood next to a library, elementary school, and two beautiful parks. Lots of bars, supermarkets and restaurants are minutes away! Just 20 minutes to Manhattan by subway.

Bedroom does not have a lock due to New York regulations. Instead, a chain lock or slide lock is installed inside the door so you can lock it when you are in the bedroom.

Valuables can be stored in the closet with a lock.
