Looking for a roommate in 3 bed 2 bath apt. The Apt is located on the 2nd floor in 3 story building in Woodside

The room is spacious enough for a queen-size bed and other furniture like a desk or drawers. It has a big closet and A/C. The rent is $860/month, a one-month rent deposit.

Transportation: 6~7 minutes walk to M/R train Northern Blvd station. 15 minutes to Manhattan.

A Laundromat is 3~4 minutes walk away

In this home, 2 professional females live now and a total of 3 people will live.

I commute to work Monday to Friday 8-5. Wants to stay in a peaceful, quiet, tidy, and clean home. I am friendly and can be your friend and also like to have my own time in my room. I am responsible and respectful of other's life and expect the same from my roommates.

You will share a bath with me. so if you are in a different time zone for work, it would be preferable.

Policy
One person per room
Guests' visit is okay but should be informed and agreed upon by roommates before. During the pandemic, hope you avoid any guest visits.
No Party
No drug user.
A long-term stay is preferable.
Any financial proof for rent like two or three paystubs
ID check each other.
