Huge Bedroom In Woodside 15 Mins To Manhattan

Hello my new roommate :)

First of all, I`d like to mention that this is an apartment for only TWO (2) people - you and I. So no couples!!!
And I also want to mention that the price difference than those cheap rentals in the area is because of the comfort of sharing with less people and living in a well commute area. I, myself - am paying for this comfort and looking just FAIRLY to share it - No Ripoff, or living on somebody else`s budget - rental free. Living in one of those three bedrooms apartments with 5 people with 1 bathroom is a total disaster. You can give it a try if you want to save or if you can not afford but not in this apartment - so please no negotiation!!!

It is a converted two bedrooms with NOT too much space but definitely enough to share for two. Like I mentioned in the title right behind of 52nd st station on Queens blvd. Two minutes walk to the 52nd st station. Quiet, safe area with lots of restaurants, Rite aid, Markets etc...

The rent covers everything except in the summer months if you use the AC and forget it then we will talk about PLUS Electric... :) Hope you are a responsible one so we do not even bother about that ;)

The room is available starting from February 1st, I just want to show the room starting from now on so I can make the best decision about my roommate since it is not easy to find someone responsible these days :/
