Hello! I am currently renting out a studio sized room in a 3 bedroom floor of my private house. We are a couple who resides in the other 2 bedrooms and the biggest bedroom (for rent) is the size of a garage/studio room! We are very friendly and like to live independently and peacefully with roommates. I am a 32 year old Hospital worker / College professor and my fiance is a 28 year old college student. Looking for low maintenance roommates that have no issues with the rent cost and sharing a kitchen and bathroom.
The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Close to all public transportation including bus, MTA, LIRR and highways. Google the cross street Broadway x 65th Street and you can see for yourself. Great for Manhattan, Queens and Long Island commuters. There is also ample parking around the neighborhood.
We require one month deposit which will be returned as long as there are no issues upon moving out. Having 1 or 2 roommates in that room is ideal. Any more than that is not good for a 1 Bathroom space given our work/school schedule. Utilities included. Please contact me via text or phone call with any questions. Student discount available.
