Hey y’all! I’m subleasing the second room in my apartment starting January 1, 2026. The room comes furnished with a dresser, nightstand, and a full-size closet. I’m looking for someone who’s easygoing, communicates well, and keeps things tidy.

The apartment is quiet, with the bedrooms on opposite sides for extra privacy. There’s one bathroom, a dishwasher, and we’re located in Woodside, Queens, close to the 7 train, Q32, and Q60. The neighborhood has tons of restaurants, supermarkets, fruit markets, and we’re near several parks.
