The Condo: This ad is for a Roommate for 1 room inside a 2 Bedroom Condo to share, unfurnished (approx. 9?x11-8? including closet). Couples are welcome. There is a built-in California closet in the room with A/C available, lighting and window access. Common areas: Kitchen (granite countertops, stainless steel kitchen), large (10?-8?x15? = ~160sf) living room ? hardwood floors, ? of pantry and living room closet, clean and modern T&B, balcony access. There is a built-in A/C and closet in the room as well as living room. Looking for long term roommates until I finish graduate school. No Smoking and No Pets allowed.

The Roommate: Stable job, must be absolutely clean, reasonably quiet, respectable, abides by apartment regulations and house rules (clean and quiet). Please provide 2 most recent paystubs, current Bank Statement and government issued ID w photo (eg: Driver?s License or equivalent). References from previous landlord/roommate may be requested.
